NATIONAL MASTER FREIGHT AGREEMENT COVERING
OVER-THE-ROAD AND LOCAL CARTAGE EMPLOYEES OF PRIVATE,
COMMON, CONTRACT AND LOCAL CARTAGE CARRIERS

for the period of April 1, 2003 through March 31, 2008

Covering:

Operations in, between and over all of the states, territories and possessions of the United States, and operations into and out of all contiguous territory.

The _____________________________ (Company or Association) hereinafter referred to as the EMPLOYER and the TEAMSTERS NATIONAL FREIGHT INDUSTRY NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE representing Local Unions affiliated with the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS, and Local Union No.——— which Local Union is an affiliate of the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
